St. Francis Manor (SFM) provides affordable, independent apartments for seniors on a limited income, in an attractive, safe, and socially supportive environment. SFM has 98 studio apartments: 48 small studios ($365/month), 50 large studios ($385/month), waterfront studio apartments ($400). The max monthly income for the studio apartments is $1800 or less to qualify. SFM also has 18 one-bedroom apartments which were constructed in 2017 ($600/month), waterfront ($625). The max monthly income for the one-bedrooms is $2500 or less to qualify. Parking is an additional $10/month for all apartments.
SFM was established in 1974 when the first building was constructed. The complex was completed in 1976. SFM is a private, non-profit organization, non-denominational facility and is governed by a volunteer board of directors. SFM does not receive any federal or state funds.
